I've done some searching. And can't quite seem to find a problem similar enough to mine.

I can't log into playonline, not because my tag is linked to someplace else, and need to find out out to 'un-link', but because its NOT linked to another PlayOnline ID.

Basically, I just installed PlayOnline, and Final Fantasy, I play on the PC. I added my current PlayOnline ID and password correctly, I logged in, and the menu to link my Xbox live profile came up. I held down start, and hit Okay, I logged in, and it successfully logs me in. But right before I can do anything in POL, I get an error saying that due to my gamertag not being linked to my playonline ID (I ..held start, and linked it.. how isnt it?) that im unable to log into PlayOnline.


I don't undersatnd. I'm positive my gamertag is valid. I turn on Dead or alive 4, and log in, and even entered into someone elses game. It's working. How do I link it properly?

The only other reason I can see is that I hit existing user, rather than "Join PlayOnline" and enter in all my registration codes and stuff. But do I have to do that? I dont need to join PlayOnline, I have an account, it logs me in, I just cant stay logged in because im not linked.. Has anyone had this problem? Please let me know.
